Buying your first home is such an exciting challenge! You have so many dreams and expectations about how your family will thrive in your new nest; you want everything to be perfect! To make it the best experience possible, it’s important to get advice from the experts. As part of our New Beginnings series, sponsored by State Farm Insurance, Gretchen and Paige asked David Harbour, real estate expert, former Washington Redskins player, and frequent guest on HGTV’s national show “Get it Sold,” to share his insights on what new homebuyers can expect in this housing market, and what they should be looking for in a new home. Television stylist, Kim Foley says that "everything you wear tells a story about you." The mommies sat down with Kim to get her advice on how to make sure our clothes are telling the right story. She shared her ideas for helping moms look cool and still be age appropriate. For more ideas about looking great at playgroup, at PTA, or even on a hot date, check out these articles and websites:

Disposable diapers can be a mom’s best friend. We can’t live without them, but what are they really made of? How do they work? Gretchen and Paige visit the Pampers facility in Cincinnati, Ohio to take apart a diaper and see what’s inside. Proctor and Gamble Senior Researcher, Joann Hoover shows the mommies several of the tests that Pampers diapers go through, including trapping and de-watering a synthetic BM. Since the average baby uses 7,500 diapers a year, this is good information to have! You can also visit Pampers Village, for all of the Pampers products available, and for help choosing which product is just right for your baby.

We always love it when Gretchen and Paige have stylist Kim Foley on the show. Even though she has worked with literally tons of celebrities (like Hillary Clinton, Cokie Roberts, and Harry Connick, Jr.), her passion for helping regular women look their best is awesome! So, here she is sharing some of her best make-up do’s and don’ts, just in time to help us look our best for the holiday season.

Experts say that the average weight gain for a healthy pregnant woman should be 25 to 35 pounds. Between the two of them, Paige and Gretchen have been pregnant seven times! Spend some time with them while they dish about their weight gain, doctors visits, and maternity clothes. Can you guess who likes form fitting maternity wear and who prefers “tents?”

Most new moms aren’t gonna shed the lbs as fast as Hollywood moms Reese Witherspoon or Kate Hudson, but they can still look great while they are on their way! Gretchen and Paige visited with television stylist and makeup artist, Kim Foley, and she said the reality for most moms is that they won’t fit into their pre-pregnancy clothes for awhile. Watch the show to get her tips and advice for looking your best after baby, and avoiding the dreaded “frumpy mom” look.

Isn’t it amazing how much time our kids spend on computers? It would probably be even more if we’d let them! While technology is awesome, it can be difficult to know how best to monitor the websites our children are visiting. Are they are age appropriate? Do they meet our individual standards? In this show, Paige talks about her ongoing efforts to control where her kids go on the internet, and her passion for keeping them safe. The Mommies know how hard it is to keep up with everything, so Paige and Gretchen are sharing some of their favorite sites for kids below. Happy browsing!

You’ve seen the new Microsoft ads but now it is time for you to become part of the campaign! Watch as Paige and Gretchen walk through the “I’m a PC” website and give step-by-step instructions on how to upload your photo or video to the site and actually become part of the ad.
If you join the campaign, your image or video will be seen all over the internet in banners for websites like MTV, Comedy Central and Fox Sports. So watch and learn how you too can be a PC!

Do you need a laugh today? Paige and Gretchen discuss burping…techniques for getting babies to do it, and how to stop the older kids. How great is that?
