Baby Registry

August 25th, 2010

Brand new baby usually comes with lots of brand new stuff. Car seats, onesies, diapers, the list of things to buy seems endless, which is why baby showers can help.

Baby showers are great for family and friends to get together and celebrate, but they are also a fun way for you to get everything you need for the new baby before he or she arrives. As part of our “My Baby Me and My World Series” with Pampers, Paige and Gretchen invited two MommyCast viewers, Stephanie Starr and Michelle Boswell, onto the show to discuss their own shower experiences and give any advice they have to expecting moms.

All of the ladies were in agreement that the best way to ensure you get the essentials at your shower is by registering. Michelle even shows us a helpful new app made by Pampers called My Baby Registry. The app makes it easier for moms to registry for a variety of items and also share their wish lists with family and friends. Download the app here and then tell us what you think at our Facebook page.

As moms make suggestions to improve a product, researchers can immediately hand make a diaper prototype to implement the upgrade and see how it works. Pretty cool, huh! Come along with the Mommies to get a sneak peek at this amazing baby center.
